  • Founders: Helen M. Dodge, Frances E. Haven, E. Adeline Curtis, Mary A. Bingham

  • Gamma Phi Beta was one of the organizations who founded the National Panhellenic Conference.

  • 119 collegiate chapters and over 170 alumnae groups. 

  • Gamma Phi Beta was the first "Sorority" which coined the term for others.

  • Famous Alumnae include, Kristin Chenoweth, Heather McDonald, and more.

 

CHAPTER FACTS//

  • Founded at the University of Denver in 1897.

  • First sorority in Colorado to have a chapter house.

  • Chapter mascot: ladybug

  • Chapter house holds 40 women.

 

 

SCHOLARSHIPS//

  • Louise Wyatt Scholarship: available to women of Theta Chapter

  • Many other scholarships are available through the Gamma Phi Beta Foundation.
